Cartime Bury

My experience at Cartime Bury was cracking because Sarah the sales lady was very pleasant and informative, Brad carried out the hand over of the car and he was extremely patient and helpful trying to navigate us through the technical process on my phone

I would not recommend Cartime Bury because the car was not prepared as agreed at point of sale.Marks and scratches pointed out to sales person not done on collection .Asked to return vehicle but I live 50 miles away so salesperson stated they would send touch up kit?.The salesperson seemed not interested and both my partner and I felt he could not get rid of us quick enough. This was the third car from cartime but the last seems to have really gone down the drain very sad really as it used to be good company.

The sales rep was fantastically helpful and down to earth. He was very respectful, and at no point did I feel pressured into buying anything I didn't want, and there was no hard sell or dishonesty in the dealings. He made every effort to ensure a smooth sale. Highly recommend.
